It's feeling great on running 10 miles even if it took 5 miles each. Running 5 miles in 2nd go would have been much easier but it was completely opposite. It's difficult to trust ourselves than trusting others.We undermine our own competency and that acts as the strongest barrier in reaching our own goals. I also became aware that by focusing more on the breadth than time we can loose time and run better and in better composure which is necessary to be maintained while running. Next target 20 miles. Keep Moving Forward
