Change in Plan

I realized my pattern of running on alternate days was making me a bit of laggard. I will now be running 2.5 miles per day and hope to make it to 5 miles per day with some decent effort. Continuous running will not only keep me swift but will make my mind active and may help in keeping the stress out of the window.
We should keep on changing our plans to our goals till we find the right one that will work  for us till the end

10 miles target completed

It's feeling great on running 10 miles even if it took 5 miles each. Running 5 miles in 2nd go would have been much easier but it was completely opposite. It's difficult to trust ourselves than trusting others. We undermine our own competency and that acts as the strongest barrier in reaching our own goals. I also became aware that by focusing more on the breadth than time we can loose time and run better and in better composure which is necessary to be maintained while running. Next target 20 miles. Keep Moving Forward

Target 5 miles

My first 5 miles completed ,without any glitches except a few cramps in right leg. I was not having any valid reason for not completing my 5 miles but with every progressing mile it keeps going harder and harder than the previous mile, body fatigue played a little role. Our own Mind becomes our own competitor to divert us from our own path to success. Just keep moving forward, even if you want to quit just remember why u started it,at first place?

Looking for next 5 miles.....

Re-kindling the running spirit

Good Morning!!
A day with few miles of running can give a boost to the efficiency and stalk the flame of human spirit which is very low this time. Taking an inspiration from Julie and Julia i have made mission1000 mission  in which i will be running 1000 miles in 10 months. 20 miles a week following an alternate running day plan, taking care of fatigue and proper recovery in the interleave period.
Since life is a marathon and not a sprint, i will try my best to accomplish my mission.
